These Terms of Service are an agreement between the user and Beautiqxx LLC, doing business as Alessio ("Alessio," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern use of tryalessio.com, Alessio over iMessage or SMS, fit-check reports, the account dashboard, and the virtual try-on mirror (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, texting Alessio, checking the agreement box, or using the Services, the user agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The agreement box is a general acceptance of those documents; details about cameras, recording, moderation, retention, and deletion are in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Existing users must accept the latest Terms and Privacy Policy before their next use of a camera feature. Users who do not agree should not use the Services. Questions can be sent to hello@tryalessio.com.
Alessio rates outfits and helps users dress better: scored fit reports from outfit photos, styling recommendations over text, and a virtual try-on mirror that previews garments on the user through their live camera feed. Product links users send are looked up on the retailer's public listing so the piece can be shown in the mirror.
Alessio is not a store. Garments shown in the mirror are sold by third-party retailers under those retailers' own prices, terms, and availability. Alessio is not a party to any purchase from a retailer and is not responsible for retailer listings being accurate or in stock.
Users must be at least 13 years old. Users under the age of majority where they live may use the Services only with a parent or guardian's consent. Paid features may only be purchased with a payment method the user is authorized to use.
Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. A failed try-on may have its associated usage restored automatically. Cancellation or account deletion does not create an automatic refund. If an account with an annual commitment is deleted, access is revoked and the next annual renewal is disabled, but the remaining committed monthly payments continue through the commitment end. Nothing in these Terms limits refund, cancellation, cooling-off, or other rights that applicable consumer law makes mandatory.
The virtual try-on is an AI visualization, not a fitting. Rendered color, texture, cut, and fit are approximations and can differ from the physical garment; the mirror does not measure sizing and is not a promise that a garment will fit or look the same in person. Fit reports and style advice are opinions generated by AI for entertainment and guidance, not professional advice. Purchase decisions belong to the user.
For users accepted into a mirror session, the mirror session is recorded by default. There is no separate recording opt-out. The account deletion control described below is the control for deleting ordinary recordings, subject to legal holds and other retention required or permitted by law.
Camera surfaces use live automated moderation for sexual content, self-harm, and graphic violence. A camera experience may terminate automatically or promptly when the system detects or reasonably suspects that content. Frames used for this live moderation are transient and are not archived as moderation frames. An accepted mirror session may still be retained as the ordinary session recording under the Privacy Policy.
Users keep ownership of the photos, recordings, videos, and messages they provide. By using the Services, the user grants Beautiqxx LLC a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and enforce the Services, including scoring fits, generating replies, rendering and recording try-ons, conducting safety moderation and review, investigating flags, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, and complying with law. Users must only provide content they have the right to share.
Alessio does not currently use mirror recordings for AI model training or fine-tuning, model evaluation, product improvement, marketing or content, or styling personalization. This describes current practice and may be changed only through an updated policy and any consent required by law.
The Services, including the site, the mirror, the software behind them, and the Alessio name and look, belong to Beautiqxx LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of that to users. Third-party product images shown in the mirror remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed to the user for personal try-on preview only.
Users may delete their account through the authenticated account dashboard. Account deletion disables future renewal, revokes access, and deletes ordinary mirror recordings, photos, profile information, and conversation memory associated with the account. Deletion does not itself create an automatic refund. Alessio may retain information subject to a legal hold or required for payment processing, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations. Service providers may also retain information where independently required by law.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beautiqxx LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and its total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amounts the user paid for the Services in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Alessio may update these Terms as the Services evolve. The revised version will show a new "last updated" date. Alessio may post the revision and may send a general email stating that its policies were updated with a link to the revised version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where legally permitted. Alessio will obtain fresh consent where applicable law requires it. Existing users must accept the latest policy before their next camera use.
Users can stop using the Services at any time. Texting STOP ends marketing or service messages as applicable, but it does not cancel billing. Membership cancellation must be completed under Section 4. Alessio may discontinue or change the Services and may terminate access for a violation of these Terms, safety concerns, fraud, or legal reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Beautiqxx LLC in its place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer protection law of the user's home jurisdiction mandatorily applies. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between the user and Beautiqxx LLC about the Services.
